Frick-Web 4.0 released

Frick-Web 4.0 released

Today I deployed my new Frick-Web Homepage. The old one was to old school and without a really cool style. So I decided to completely rework my page. This rework includes an upgrade to Rails3, a new admin-panel, a lot of refactoring and a completely new style. I am focused on picturing myself, presenting my projects and my blog.

The admin-panel is programmed with the Typus Gem, further I use mysql as database (development & production), friendly_id for nice routing and a few other Gems. For the admin-panel I really can recommend using the ckeditor, like I described in an earlier blogpost (see here: [LINK]).

I have done this project with Ruby on Rails (Rails3), JQuery, HTML5 and CSS.
