Bachelor thesis2 - Scrum in projects at the University of Applied Sciences Salzburg

My second bachelor thesis in the context of my MultiMedia Technology studies is about "Scrum in projects at the University of Applied Sciences Salzburg". In particular the following research question should be answered: "How could Scrum be used in projects of the study courses Multimedia Art and Multimedia Technology at the University of
Applied Sciences in a reasonable way?".

First of all Scrum is defined and explained by the means of specialized literature. By doing so the varying explanations from di fferent authors are compared to each other and the differences are pointed out. Afterwards two interviews with Scrum experts analytically discusses and presents the situation considering Scrum at the University of Applied
Sciences Salzburg.

The optained results of these interviews are developed into a schedule for future reference for both students and teachers. This will serve as a reflection of the research question
and will be the conclusion of this bachelor thesis.
